British Columbia & Vancouver Island 1860, 2½d dull rose, perf 14 (2), tied by Paid oval handstamp and U.S. 10¢ green and 5¢ brown (68, 76), single of each, tied by cogwheel cancels on 1863 cover, paying the inland rate from New Westminster via San Francisco to Woodstock, Canada, light strike of "General Post Office British Columbia May 2" c.d.s. (on reverse) and red "Chicago, Ill. Paid 15" exchange marking in addition to large red crayon "15" at center; cover slightly reduced at left, 10¢ with faulty bottom margin, Fine, rare and very attractive mixed franking. SG 2.
