Enclosure headed Kareisawa, Aug 21, mentions "We haven't been able to see anything of the Graf Zeppelin up here and they've said right along no mail out on her fron Tokyo - but the last minute they changed their minds - so I'll take a chance and hope you'll have the thrill of a letter on the first ‘round-the-world’ mail!".
