1868 (23 Dec.) folded letter sheet to "Herrn Carlowitz & Cie, Canton, China", via Vienna (29.12) and Triest bearing Bavaria Arms 1kr yellow green singles (2) and 3kr rose, cancelled "479" in cogwheel, matching "Schweinfurt" semi-circular d.s., the 1kr touched or just cut into on one side and the 3kr crossed by letter fold, nevertheless Fine and rare printed matter rate for closed mail introduced on 7 June 1868.
