Hans Menzell" to Flensburg (1.9) bearing CIP 20c maroon cancelled by bilingual "Swatow" c.d.s. and Hong Kong 5c blue vertical pair with framed "IPO" tie-print in red and "Victoria/Hong Kong" c.d.s. (30.7), the 20c has a pulled perf, otherwise Very Fine.
