The 5¢ 1867 grill is widely recognized as one of the most difficult of these issues to locate in gem mint condition. Few have retained their original gum while remaining free of faults. Of this small population, only a tiny fraction are well centered, especially so with the perforations clearing the design all around. This example is a true condition rarity.
