Lot 4303
1915 (19 Jan.) envelope from Küstner in Swakopmund to a member of the Coastal Protection Unit in Rössing, forwarded to Karibib (30.1) Okawayo, since Swakopmund had been evacuated the cover was actually mailed on the Swakopmund-Windhoek railway line and shows "Jakalswater/Deutsch-/Südwestafrika" c.d.s. (19.1.15, the "9" inserted by hand), which was utilised as a Field Post Office cancellation from 11 January 1914, Very Fine and unusual.
