Philippines 1904, 2¢ carmine, "Plilippines" and "Peilippines" overpints (240 var), single of each, clearly struck overprints with different broken a "H" exhibiting "L" and "E" varieties. O.g., first with h.r., other lightly hinged. F.-V.F. A scarce pair of these interesting varieties.
