Philippines 1926, 18c Legislative Palace, double impression of center (322a), double impression of vignette with two equally strong strikes showing most dramatically in the inscription, second strike is shifted over 1mm. O.g., never hinged. Trace of tropical toning on some perf tips, tiny top margin thin spot from pulled perf. Usual Fine centering. Scarce with only 150 printed.
