1917, 2¢ carmine, DL watermark (519), bottom margin imprint and plate No. 4818 block of six, nicely centered and remarkably fresh, original gum, top stamps and plate number single are never hinged, small thin lower left stamp, otherwise Fine to Very Fine. A very difficult plate block.
