1852, 3d red, thin paper (4d), huge margins except impinged on at tip of top right corner where a little roughly separated, tied by target cancellations on 1855 (Feb. 23) envelope from Quebec to "The Honorable L Papineau, Petite Nation", Montreal (2.23) and Petite-Nation (2.27) backstamps, Very Fine, an interesting historical cover.
