GERMAN COLONIES & OFFICES ABROAD, valuable specialized collection literally crammed into a Scott Specialty album, includes innumerable better stamps and varieties (including Specimens) as well as covers, much of it is expertized and there is value on every page (and between the pages?), including a nice assortment of Boxer Rebellion covers. Badly in need of remounting but a treasure trove nonetheless— absolutely intact as we received it.
