The Colby & Drummond census lists only two privately perforated Lincoln first day covers. There is also one recorded imperforate first day cover from Manistee Mich. Additionally there are four others from Canton Ohio that are questioned by experts as being legitimate 2¢ Lincoln imperforate first day covers because they may have been favor backdated.
