Apr 18 1932" machine cancellation on Pre-Date first day cover with local typewritten address, includes letter on Postmaster General letterhead to Lufkin's Dahlia Gardens of Gloucester promoting the Arbor Day stamp for the encouragement of tree planting, the letter had a specimen of this stamp attached that was removed and used on this predate cover; Very Fine and historically interesting.
