Beardless Lincoln portrait, railsplitter scene and verse (Milgram AL-92), Raynor imprint at bottom, campaign design on cover to Boston bearing 3¢ dull red (26), bright and fresh, tied by bold strike of "East Clarendon Vt. Oct 3 1860"; cover tear, no flap, Very Fine appearing and attractive.
