A SIMPLY SUPERB 1¢ TYPE IC FROM THE BOTTOM ROW OF PLATE 4.
Expertization: 1998 & 2005 PF Certificates.
Provenance: Rogers
The best examples of type Ic came from position 91 and 96R4. These are truly rare as plate 4 was used for a relatively short time to print the 1¢ imperforate; the majority of the stamps printed from plate 4 were perforated.
