(FX-NOG2), on legal size cover to Guaymas, Mexico, franked 8¢ Small Bank Note & 2¢ First Bureau (225, 252), postmarked Lawrence, Kans., Oct 26, 1895 with Mexican registry transit datestamp (Oct 31) and Guaymas receiver (Nov 1); the letter was unclaimed and bears later Mexican and U.S. Dead Letter Office datestamps (Dec 30 & Feb 19, 1896), plus, on reverse, small handstamp "Recd In Bad Condition"; reduced slightly at top with two vertical file folds and a few small sealed edge tears. Fine.
