Italian Area, Comprehensive Collection, 1862-1960, most of the value is in complete sets, includes offices, Aegean Island, San Marino (not comprehensive), and Vatican (almost complete), virtually all original gum with some never hinged, surprises in the 1940s and 1950s
The collection is mounted in PM mounts, many are open on one side and many are not— will take some time, but the quality overall is excellent, approximate cat value with all counted as hinged (except unused earlies) $12,000.
