1916, 5¢ blue, S.L. watermark, horizontal rotary press coil (458), joint line pair. Original gum never hinged, outstanding centering within wide perfectly balanced margins, exquisite deep color. Extremely Fine, a superb line pair, the only one at this grade and only two higher (98, 98J). SMQ $1,100 for regular 95.
