1918, 3¢ purple, type IV, offset printing, double impression (530a), right margin and plate no. 9581 block of six. Original gum lightly hinged on one, other five never hinged. Cert says top left stamp crease, appears to be a natural gum wrinkle. Fresh F.-V.F., scarce multiple, unpriced as a hinged plate block.
