Aus: 1916 (17 June) censored, registered envelope to Windhoek, bearing 1913 1d red (2) and 3d black and orange-red, cancelled by fine to very fine partial strikes of violet "Aus/S.A.E.C./Station" box-type cancel (unrecorded in Putzel), showing manuscript "Aus R" registration endorsement alongside, with violet boxed Aus date stamp (Putzel Aus Rail No. 1) and "Aus/S.W. Africa" c.d.s. on reverse, Very Fine and extremely rare (possibly unique).

Rotkuppe Station: KGV ½d postal stationery card used 1916 and censored to Keetmanshoop (2.8), via Lüderitzbucht (30.7), cancelled by very fine, extremely rare violet "Rotkuppe Station" box-type cancel (26.4). Very Fine.

Apparently the date on the Rotkuppe Station canceller was not changed regularly, according to Putzel; thus the much "later" transit and arrival cancels. He considers this cancel to be "one of the greatest South West African rarities".

1916-1921 collection of railway station usages, consisting of 12 envelopes, two cards and an official entire, including 1918 envelope bearing 1d cancelled by "Kolmannskup Station" box-type cancel, 1921 envelope bearing ½d (4) cancelled by "Okahandja/S.W.A.R." oval datestamps, and rubber datestamp usages for Arandis (2, in blue and black), Aus (red-violet and black usages), Kalkfeld, Kuibis (2, in blue and black), Leutwein (2, in black and red-violet) and Okasisie (3), Very Fine and interesting collection of these scarce usages.
