THESE ARE THE ONLY TWO RECORDED 1847 COVERS FROM SOUTHINGTON, WHICH RECEIVED NO 1847 STAMPS OF EITHER DENOMINATION.

Both covers have received negative P.F. certificates in the past but we concur with the two 1999 P.S.E. certificates describing them as genuine. They are, however, being sold on their own merits and are not returnable.
