THE COLOR OF THE CACHET USED HERE IS QUITE POSSIBLY UNIQUE.

Expertization: signed Zierer BPP.

The device used to apply the cachet appears to have been inadvertently inked with the wrong inkpad. While there are traces of red still present from a previous inking, the predominant color is that normally used for the on-board cancelling device.
