Great Britain 1839 "Uniform Penny Post", printed petition in advertisement form calling for cheaper postage, an interesting propaganda item for postal reform which ultimately resulted in the birth of the postage stamp, stated to be from the George Moffatt set of mercantile papers, archivally strengthened on reverse.
