1888 (17 Dec.) envelope from the Imperial German Legation in Peking to Coswig (18.2.89), bearing on reverse China Small Dragon perf 11½ 3ca mauve vertical strip of three cancelled by seal in blue and matching "I.G. of Customs/Peking" double-ring datestamp, additionally tied by "Customs/Shanghai" double-ring datestamp, and on front France 25c cancelled by "Shang-hai/Chine" c.d.s. (11.1.89), the strip has corner defect at lower right, otherwise Very Fine and appealing nine candarins franking.

1889 (14 Feb.) envelope from Peking to Coswig (7.4), bearing on reverse China Small Dragon rough perf 12½ 5ca olive yellow and perf 11½ 1ca bright green and 3ca mauve, cancelled by seal in blue, matching "I.G. of Customs/Peking" double-ring origin datestamp, the strip also tied by "Customs/Shanghai" double-ring datestamp (1.3) and arrival c.d.s., "Ligne N/Paq. Fr. No. 8" octagonal datestamp (2.3), and on front France 25c cancelled by "Shanghai/Chine" c.d.s. (1.3), Very Fine and exquisite combination cover with the complete set of the Second Customs issue paying the nine candarins overseas rate.

(4.5), Very Fine and exceptionally rare Mail Matter usage with the German Post Office.

1899 (27 Apr.) registered parcel card to the German Legation in Peking via Bremen (28.4), bearing 2m reddish carmine (Michel 37f) vertical pairs (2, one on reverse) and single, cancelled by "Berlin" c.d.s., internal German rate to Bremen was 1.50 marks, sea post up to 10 kilograms 4.10 marks, and rate within China 4.40 marks representing a total of 10 marks. Minor peripheral faults, Very Fine for this card.

1912 (11 Dec.) registered value declared parcel card to Luzern via Siberia and Eydtkuhnen (29.12), bearing on reverse "China" surcharge on watermarked issue 2c on 5pf, 4c on 10pf, 20c on 40pf, and $2½ on 5m (Michel 39, 40, 42, 47AIb) cancelled by "Peking/Deutsche Post" c.d.s., with "Peking/I.J.P.O." c.d.s. (11.12) in violet on front, the rate for a parcel weighing 4.745 kilograms (applicable from 1 January 1912), some staining, pinholes and creases (one of which crosses 4c on 10pf), Fine usage.
