Hatch, Hawaiian Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary in Washington, D.C., magenta "R / 8499" and "A.R." handstamps, purple "Second Notice" straightline handstamp with additional manuscript "3rd Notice", printed "On Government Service/ Department of Foreign Affairs" corner card, San Francisco registry and Washington backstamps; couple small stamp faults, Fine.
