1871 (18/30 July) envelope from Reval, Estonia to Zurich (4.8), bearing pair 1866 10k cancelled Reval c.d.s., sent by rail via St. Petersburg (20.7/1.8) with red Eydkuhnen-Bromberg "Aus Russland Franco" c.d.s. (2.8), manuscript "3" (Sgr.) credit to Prussia, Very Fine. The rate was 18k but due to a shortage of low values the cover was intentionally overfranked by the post office. A manuscript "min 2 kop" notation indicated that 2k was refunded to the sender. Estimate 200 - 250
