Newfoundland 1920, 3¢ on 35¢ red, lower bar omitted (130a), tied by St. John's machine cancel, 16 Sep. 1920, addressed to A.C. Roessler with manuscript "33/50"; light paper clip rust at right and left, Fine and exceedingly rare on cover.

Apparently Roessler had 50 covers prepared for him probably never noticed the error that occurred at position 15 of the setting.
