Ayer & Co., 1¢ blue tied by Lowell, Mass. oval on illustrated cover showing "The House the Jack Built", included are nine cardboard cutouts for a children's rhyming game of the same title comprising the house, the bags of "malt jack", three animals, and four people; a couple pieces missing, some creases (the pieces were to be folded to stand them up) and the cover has taped tears, but a scarce children's game with fabulous graphics in remarkably good condition.
