American Express Co., Five legal size covers and two fronts, each with different label, the covers bears AmEx labels from Hamilton, Ont., Kalamazoo Mich., Lawton, Mich., Ogdensburg, N.Y. and St. Johnsville (N.Y.), the two fronts are an Adams Exp. envelope with yellow Adams Brownstown, Ind. and red AmEx Indianapolis labels; and a United States Exp. envelope with green U.S. Exp. Brooklyn, Iowa and red AmEx Chicago labels; few edge tears, generally Fine lot.

Everts & Co's Express/ Marysville/ Connecting With/ Adams & Co, large blue double-line oval ties 3¢ dull red (11) pair, large margins to touched at top right, on cover to Marysville, Cal., readdressed "opposite mouth Nelson Creek", manuscript "Coll. 25¢" changed to "1.00", faint red Georgetown Ky. c.d.s. at left, pair additionally pen canceled, Very Fine usage, a rare example of the express oval tying stamps.
