Oat Jr & Co. sender's datestamp; original 5¢ stamp replaced and "tying" portion of postmark drawn in, reduced slightly at right with small repair at lower right, otherwise a Very Fine example of this very rare marking. Late Letter mail was the equivalent of U.S. Supplementary mail and required double postage. 2005 P.F. Certificate.
