Oct 29" c.d.s. to Weeds Post, New York, outer envelope bears "Soldier's Vote" and Duties of Elector receiving a Soldier's Vote imprints, includes original inner envelope to be opened by elector and the voting sheet; some faults including corner stain on each, Fine and quite unusual.
