1860, 2½d dull rose, perf 14 (2), interpanneau block of eight (4x2). Intense color on fresh white paper, original gum, five stamps never hinged, three stamps have defect/faults and there is central splitting. Overall Fine for such a remarkable multiple. SG 2.
