Turkey, 1865-1956 specialized collection in four volumes, replete with multiples and varieties commencing with extensive Duloz issues including 1865 25pi unused with o.g. and used, 1869 10pa imperf pair used and 5pi sheet of 100 unused, 1876 "5 pre" on 5pi blocks of fifty (2) unused, 1880 20pa blocks of fifty (2) and 1pi blocks of eighty and twenty unused, 1886 25pi black and pale gray unused, 1890 1pi blocks of 20pa booklet pane of six unused, 1914 200pi Sultan Mohammed V unused o.g., 1915-16 Star and Crescent overprints specialized with perforations, 1917 Postage Due overprints on 1865 issue 20pa to 25pi unused, 1917 5pa (13) and 10pa (21) unissued stamps study of their use as paper money including originals, 1918 Armistice issue complete unused and used, 1923 10pa to 10pi Izmir Fair (Mi. 793-798) unused and on piece with special Sultan cancellation in red, 1923-25 Republic issue with imperfs and 10pi vertical marginal pair imperf horizontally unused o.g. as well as a study of the perfs, 1924 Lausanne Peace issue complete unused and used, 1930 (Aug.) surcharges complete unused and used, 1935 Congress of Women's Alliance unused o.g. Turkey, 1916 General Post Office issue (345-349, 418, B42-B45), the outstanding study of perforations housed in one volume which consists of the exhibition collection well written up and much back up material on stock pages, among the highlights are 5pa to 5pi imperf pairs, bisected 5pi on pieces (2), "T" (Postage Due) h.s. on 20pa used, and large multiples, Fine to Very Fine.
