A RARE AND DRAMATIC BANK NOTE VARIETY ONLY NINE OF WHICH HAVE BEEN CERTIFIED BY THE PHILATELIC FOUNDATION.

Expertization: 1972 and 1992 P.F. Certificates.

Provenance: Sheriff, Saadi

This stamp is from the same collection as the Scott #147b which sold in our Sale 306 for $42,500. There are only five P.F. certified examples of 147b (cat. value $40,000) and only nine of 158j which would seem to indicate that the latter is seriously undervalued in the Scott catalogue.
