1901, 4¢ Pan-American (296), full bottom margin imprint arrow and plate Nos. 1145, 1142 block of ten. Incredibly well centered, each stamp with large margins, exceptionally fresh with bright colors, solid perforations and full original gum, never hinged. A Superb gem plate block.

THE 4¢ PAN-AMERICAN IS ONE OF THE MOST DIFFICULT PLATE BLOCKS TO FIND WELL CENTERED AND NEVER HINGED, PARTICULARLY AS A PLATE BLOCK OF TEN, THE ABOVE EXAMPLE WITH ITS PERFECT CENTERING AND FRESH NEVER HINGED ORIGINAL GUM MAY WELL BE THE FINEST IN EXISTENCE.
