1899, 1¢ to $1 and 10¢ Special Delivery (1-8, 10-12, E1), mostly well centered, tied by violet type 1.5 "AGANA, GUAM." straightlines on registered cover to "Saipan, German Marian Islands" with matching "DEC 24 1900" datestamp and type 2.3 "AGÃNA, GUAM." registry handstamp, backstamped Saipan, Jan 1, 1901; 6¢ small perf fault, $1very minor perf stains (interleaving still adherences so was affixed with glue); Fine and rare.

1899 10¢ blue (E1 var.), full top margin imprint and plate No. 882 block of six. Each stamp with dots in curved frame above messenger, intact perforations, slightly dry original gum as usual. Fresh and Fine, an outstanding example of this rare plate block, one of only a few in existence.
