/o Australia & States collection, 1850-1971, excellent representative collection in a Scott Specialty album with pages to 1994. Starts with a solid, if unspectacular selection States issues, which includes an unused, slightly faulty NSW #1 with P.F. Certificate, plus an attractive used pair of the same. The Commonwealth issues are markedly better and include several high value Kangaroos, most notably mint #12 and used #43, 44, 54, 55, 56 (rounded corner), 101, 127, 128-129 (2 each), and a 5/- Bridge. Condition of the States issues is mixed, as usual, while the Commonwealth issues are generally F-VF. A very worthwhile lot. Estimate 2,000 - 3,000
