ONE OF ONLY TWO RECORDED UNUSED SINGLES OUTSIDE OF THE ACKERMAN-PERRY-KANTOR RECONSTRUCTED BLOCK OF SEVEN.
According to the Kantor's, there are only twelve recorded examples of this rare stamp, seven in the reconstructed block, one unused example, and four used examples. This example was not included and makes the total thirteen.
