 1877 6d. blue on blue (86), large margins all around, light crease, cancelled by circled "1" of Pretoria on 1878 cover to Cincinnati, Ohio, faint Pretoria (8.12) c.d.s. below, combination franking with Cape of Good Hope 1864-72 6d. pale lilac and 1871-76 ½d. grey-black and 1d. pale carmine-red (18, 23, 24), cancelled by Cape Town (8.30) c.d.s., red London (9.27) transit, red "2½d." handstamp, reverse with New York and Cincinnati (10.10) backstamps; opened for display, cover faults, Fine and rare combination franking to the U.S.A.
