Worldwide Collection, interesting collection of mostly pre-1940 lower priced stamps mounted in a blank album, careful perusal will turn up several "nuggets" like Hong Kong silver jubilee NH, other better Hong Kong, Canada, Spain, etc. Then in the back there's a collection of Horses on stamps which includes an Austria WIPA single (B110) and a U.S. "Dalley's Galvanic Horse Salve" (RS73a). In addition, theres's a file drawer of stamps that were never mounted, again, mainly low priced but with some surprises (4 different Finland serpentine roulettes!). Definitely worth a close inspection.
