Guam, Guard Mail, 1930 collateral, comprising April 4 original Naval Government Order establishing Guard Mail Service, April 8 original presentation wrapper with embossed seal of Naval Government for samples of first issue, proof of seal for second issue in black on thick paper (88 x 97mm) taken from printed tract, August 21 original Naval Government Order extending route to Merizo and Inarajan, and February 21 original Naval Government Order discontinuing Guam Guard Mail. The three orders have minor rust from paper clips. Otherwise F.-V.F. and a rare assembly.
