Confederacy, Stock of 20¢ Green #13, comprises 94 mint (37 are the yellow green shade 13a) including nine pairs, a strip of 3 and twelve blocks of 4; and six used (three with certificates); several of the mint are NH and nearly all are VF or better; the used, however, are all less than Fine, though most are decent looking. Also included are three reference items: one with a Fort Hampton, Ala. c.d.s. and a no opinion PSE Certificate and two with red cancels, each with two certificates noting fake cancels. It should be noted that Mr. Molesworth believed all three to be genuine, and in the case of the Fort Hampton, at least, we tend to agree with him.
