A VERY RARE MINT SINGLE EXHIBITING A SIGNIFICANT RE-ENTRY.

Though this impression was made from a somewhat worn state of the plate, the re-entry characteristics are unmistakable, affecting most of the inscriptions and numerals. It is listed as a major re-entry on Ralph E. Trimble's informative website,
Re-entries.com. (See lot 60 for an earlier impression of this same position.).
