Canada, Official Seal, 1913, dark brown, major re-entry (OX4 var.), strong scratches in the "Y" of "OFFICIALLY", a lightly hinged single and the upper right stamp in a never hinged block of 4 (the block with some separation); beautifully centered, fresh and Extremely Fine. A previously unrecorded major re-entry confirmed with two identical examples. Unitrade C$2,600 as normal ($1,950).
