1866, 15¢ black (77), Fine, paying 15¢ treaty rate to France, cancelled by segmented cork handstamp, red "New York Paid 6 Sep 2" c.d.s. red small boxed "PD", French receiver and appropriate backstamps internally forwarded to Marseille by French 20¢ (33) tied by dotted star town cancel, light soiling and slight edge wear, F-VF cover- attractive mixed franking.
