1908, 4¢ brown, imperf (314A), three huge margins just in at bottom, full Shermack perfs at sides, rich color. Wavy-line cancel. Trivial tiny internal paper break adjacent to a Shermack perforation (completely unnoticeable, not mentioned in either cert and possibly from the Shermack perforation itself). Choice Fine appearance.
