1861, 5¢ buff (67), wonderfully well centered within wide margins for a 5¢ 1861 issue, bright deep color. Pretty complimentary magenta cancel. Choice Extremely Fine, this is the highest grade awarded to a 5¢ buff, with only four others sharing this grade and it is the only example with a magenta cancel. SMQ $6,500 without a premium for the cancel.
