Balance of a quality collection, 1845-1899, couple hundred stamps, modest duplication, packed with better singles and sets plus a small number of proofs, mint/unused highlights include 9X1 (used), 9X1b, 40, 112P4-122P4, 212-229, 230-241, 230P4-245P4, 262, 293, etc., condition is a bit mixed and a small number of unused need to be verified, many have flaws which are mostly minor and still attractive; at least as many are F-VF or better with some never hinged. over 95 PF or PSE certs including some graded plus a few other certs. Lovely and highly useful lot.

Balance of used collection, 1847-1980, in two Scott albums, assembled with an eye to quality and centering. While most of the best stamps have small fault(s), there are numerous VF and even better stamps in the $25-$150 catalogue range. The collection includes #1-2, 1869 issue complete, Trans-Miss complete, and strong showings of 1867 grills, Bank Notes, Bureaus with high values, Washington-Franklins, Postage Dues, Shanghais, plus a few loose items including 622 scarcer North Bend Worden First Day Cover, mint Legends of the West and even a Mother's Day block autographed by James A. Farley. Excellent start on a used collection or a highly useful addition to a dealer's stock.

High quality mint collection, 1901-1930, hundreds of stamps both graded and ungraded, including plenty of duplication as upgrading was constantly ongoing, pretty much complete for the period, withouth the rarities. Some of the better ungraded include: 300-311, 311 plate number single, 315 (single and pair), 323-342, 397-404, 414-423, 449 (used), 456, 459, 462-480 (less 476A), 467 in strip of three, 478-80, 498-518 (including 500, 505), 599A single and line pair), 634A (2), etc. While the occasional fault reperf or regum is to be found, the large majority are F-VF, with plenty of VF and XF and some never hinged, over 70 certificates. The graded consists of over 170 stamps, the large majority are graded by the PSE. A few of the mint never hinged highlights: 301 (95), 324 (95), 330 (85), 390 pair (98), 396 (95), 415 (95), 420 (90), 488 (100), 495 single and pair (both 98), 507 (95), 515 (95), 543 (98), 584 (95), 589 (95), 666 (95), 687 line pair (98), 693 (98), 701 (98), etc. SMQ/SSV should be approximately $30,000. A fabulous, clean collection that will produce numerous highly saleable stamps.

Quality back of book comprehensive collection, includes Airs, Special Delivery, Postage Due, Shanghais, Officials, Newspapers, Parcel Post, and War Savings. Highlights include Airs: C3, C6 (both graded 95 never hinged), C8 (98 never hinged), Postage Dues: J4, 6-7, 18-19, 47, 50, and, J41 (graded 90 never hinged), Officials are quite strong including: O5-6, 8-9, 10-14, 15-24, 29-33, 35-44, 47-56, 57-66, 66, 72-82 (less 75), 81-82, 135A, Newspapers include (with PF certificates:) PR7, 10, 75, 76, 78, 90, 92, 96 (o.g. faults), plus some other better items without certs, a few better graded Parcel Post and some Savings stamps including plate block of six of WS11, while there are some faults, mostly they are quite minor and there are numerous F-VF or better and most original gum with some never hinged, over 50 certificates included, about half are graded. A lovely and fresh lot replete with saleable examples.

Commems and regulars virtually complete, 1932-1943 (702-921), mounted on Scott pages, there is some duplication and non-graded material but the strength of this collection is in the approximately 110 graded stamps (almost all PSE certs), that are almost entirely 95 and 98. Highlights include 717 (98), 733 (98J), 736 (98), and the following sets, all 95s or 98s, 740-749 (749 PSAG), 785-794, 803-833, 859-893 (less 879), 909-921 (all 98s), etc.also icluded are 832a,d hinged, Simply outstanding and the cost of the certificates is significant. Guesstimate of SMQ at least $5,000.

Balance of modern collection, 1940s-1980s, including two albums apparently complete for the period, two sheet albums with well over 100 sheets most 3¢-5¢ and perhaps a dozen different imperf coil pairs and a pair of 2037 var. imperf horizontally with faint traces of vertical perfs (PF cert). Guam, Almost complete collection, comprised 1,3-13 (less 9), 2 Special printing (cert) E1, MR1-6, MR7b (cert), MR8, all appear to be original gum except 13 (no gum), MR3-4 (without gum as issued), 11 bit oxidized, otherwise appears to be F-VF throughout.
