Includes a 3¢ Executive on a small Executive Mansion envelope (1877, repaired); an unfranked Executive Mansion envelope postmarked Washington, D.C. duplex, Jun 19, 1886; a 3¢ State O59 on small 1874 cover to Adams, N.Y. (stamp not tied); an 1853 Treasury Dept. 2nd Auditor's free frank "P. Clayton", with enclosure; an 1863 Pension Office free-franked envelope signed "Jos. H. Barrett", Commissioner; a 1904 Louisiane Purchase Expo. Board penalty envelope postmarked Expo. Station machine cancel; two different Govt. Printing Office penalty envelopes, 1907 & 1919; a 1925 Penalty envelope from the U.S. Embassy in Paris, to Washington postmarked "U.S. Military Postal Express Service No. 702, Registered, 11 Sep. 1925"; a 1880 3¢ War Dept. entire UO51, with Army Headquarters corner card handstamped "Returned to Writer"; and a mid-20th century War Dept. Chief Signal Officer's envelope sent registered with red "SECRET" indicia, large multicolor Signal Corps label on reverse used to seal flap; etc., few minor faults but generally F-VF.
