Collection balance 1847-1930’s, with many better stamps including used #2, 64b, 90, 1869 issues incl. #121, 155, 218, 276A, 312, numerous Washington-Franklins, etc., the collection was formed with attention to centering and cancellations and while there are some minor flaws, this would provide a fine start on a high quality used collection, includes several P.F. or P.S.E. certificates.
